The Future of Digital Trade
in a Shifting Global Context

Join the IBM Policy Lab on Monday November 16 for a discussion on the Future of Digital Trade, as the European Commission just closed its consultation on “A Renewed Trade Policy for a Stronger Europe”, and in light of the recent US elections.

Chris Padilla, IBM’s VP of Government and Regulatory Affairs, will be joined virtually by high-level panelists for a conversation on the current trade landscape, the role of global data flows in the digital economy, and the way forward for future trade agreements.

In the wake of increasing calls for data localization and digital sovereignty, the panel will explore ways to promote economic growth and pandemic recovery with global data flows, upcoming trade agreements, and the conversation surrounding the EU trade policy review.

Everyone’s focusing on it, but it’s not a focused word. What does it mean exactly? Why does it matter? And how do we do it right? Attend small group workshops about mobile ads, mobile responsive site and mobile app development.

“Design is not making beauty, beauty emerges from selection, affinities, integration, love.”
